The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that his application filed before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj for compensation under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna is pending since 16.10.2020.
It would serve no useful purpose to keep the writ petition pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Prayagraj to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of .
