Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned State counsel and Sri Ravi Anand Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4.
This matter has been heard at some length. Faced with the objections raised regarding maintainability of writ, learned counsel for the petitioners comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioners are already pursuing remedy before the civil court. We record our disapproval of the manner in which parallel proceedings have been initiated by the petitioners. Nevertheless, as the petitioners now want this petition to be dismissed, we accept their prayer and dismiss the petition.
