1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no.2-Superintendent of Police, Auraiya, District Auraiya to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2023 filed as Annexure-1 to the writ petition.
3. Perusal of Annexure-1 to the writ petition shows that the application is addressed to the respondent no.3 for taking action against the private respondent nos. 4, 5 and 6.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we do not find any good reason to entertain this writ petition inasmuch as the petitioner has a remedy to approach the respondent no. 2 and if he still finds himself dissatisfied, then he has a remedy under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C.
5. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed .
