"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to initiate procedure for allotment of Bhumiheen Abadi Land bearing Gata No.-244, Area-0.1150 Hectare situated in Village-Gumanpur, Block-Mursan, Tehsil & District-Hathras to eligible villages who are landless persons.
ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Magistrate, Hathras, District-Hathras (Respondent No.-2) to decide the application/representation of petitioners dated 07.02.2023 (Annexure No.-5) to this writ petition."
