Heard Sri Radha Kant Ojha, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri Dinesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

In pith and substance, the petitioners are asking that their representation dated 30.01.2023 addressed to the District Magistrate, Agra (second respondent) for redressal of their grievance may be decided expeditiously.

Learned Standing Counsel very fairly submits that in case any such representation is pending, the same would be decided by the concerned authority.

In view of the above, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition, on consent, stands disposed of directing the second respondent, District Magistrate, Agra, to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order but certainly after affording opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders.
