1. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.06.2020 passed by Director (Fisheries), U.P., Lucknow cancelling the contract of the petitioner relating to fishery rights.
2. Sri M.C. Chaturvedi, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents points out that the challenge does not survive as by a fresh order dated 15.02.2023, the contract has been revived. A copy of the said order has been placed before us for perusal.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the contract has been revived by order dated 15.02.2023. He fairly concedes that in view of the subsequent developments the challenge to the initial order does not survive.
4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
