The contention of the Counsel for the petitioner is that for the work done, the respondents have not made the payment for which the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent no.2.
Considering the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.2 along with whatever documents he may deem fit.
In case such application is filed within two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall decide the issue in accordance with law,with all expedition preferably within a further period of two months from the date of filing of the application.
