Present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:-
"I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to allot the Aabadi Plot to extent of 10% in light of Full Bench judgment of this Court in case of Gajraj and others vs. State of U.P. and others;
II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to allot the Aabadi Plot 5% developed land to the petitioners in lieu of their acquired land comprising of Khasara No. 262M area 6-8-0, and Khasara No. 262M area 2-15-0 hectare and Khasara 331, village Sadarpur, Pargana and Tehsil Dadari, District Gautam Budh Nagar;"
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the earlier judgment of Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 01.09.2022 passed in Writ-C No. 23534 of 2022; Ved Prakash and others vs. State of U.P. and others.
In view of such statement made, the present petition is also dismissed for the same reason and on the same terms.
