- This writ petition is pending since 1975.
- Sri R.U. Ansari, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time, fairly submits that petitioner, on a wrong legal advice, has approached incorrect forum to challenge the order dated 17.12.1974 and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum as provided under the provisions of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953.
- The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the issue of limitation, if so arises.
