Sri A.K. Maurya, learned counsel for petitioners submits that revision petition filed by them is pending since 2021, however, till date even notice has not been issued and he referred Order Sheet annexed along with this writ petition. He has not disputed that on number of dates revision petition was adjourned due to call of Advocates from abstention of work and number of such adjournments are as many as nine, therefore, the plea that Authority is delaying the case is absolutely baseless. However, in the interest of justice, this writ petition is disposed of with direction that the authority concerned will take all endeavour to commence the proceedings within a very short period.
