Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 1 and 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that since Petitioner No. 1 died as such his legal heirs have filed an application for substitution in the writ petition. It has further been submitted that though legal heirs initially filed application for substitution but now they do not want to contest this matter and, therefore, the application for substitution of legal heirs of Petitioner No. 1 bearing Civil Misc. Application No. 7298 of 2015 may be dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, application for substitution bearing Civil Misc. Application No. 7298 of 2015 is dismissed as not pressed.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has further submitted that the Petitioner No. 2 has also filed an application for withdrawl of the writ petition bearing Civil Misc. Application No. 42 of 2023, therefore, this writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Civil Misc. Application No. 42 of 2023 is allowed and writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn .
