Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondent No.1 as well as Shri Krishna Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondent No.2.
By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seek a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to take an appropriate decision in light of the representation moved by the petitioner, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure No.3.
Shri Krishna Agrawal, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, on the basis of the written instructions, has submitted that in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner, it was informed to the petitioner that she is required to fulfill the formalities by moving the application in a prescribed form along with necessary documents and the same was informed to the petitioner on 21.12.2022 by post and till date the petitioner has not complied with the same.
In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed at this stage as the petitioner requires to first respond the said letter dated 21.12.2022 and and complete all the formalities and requirements. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed . However, in case, if any cause arises in future then the petitioner will be at liberty of approaching this Court again.
