Heard Shri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ridam Gupta holding brief of Shri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 4 and 5 and Shri Dhananjay Awasthi, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.6.

The case of the petitioner is that the benefit as incurred under Assured Career Probation Scheme (A.C.P.) has already been recommended in favour of the petitioner way back in the year 2014 itself, the specific orders of recommendation is appended alongwith writ petition available at page-24. By the passage of time, the petitioner was transferred from NOIDA to Gorakhpur Industrial Development Authority vide transfer order dated 2.7.2022 but the claim of the A.C.P. is still pending to be considered which has already been recommended vide recommendation dated 27.11.2014 itself. Respondent no.4 is hereby directed to decide the claim of the petitioner in the shape of extension of A.C.P. which was recommended way back in the year 2014.

The above mentioned exercise for consideration be finalised within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
