Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was appointed on the post of Class-IV employee on 10.12.1988 as daily wage employee. Thereafter, State Government has issued several Government Orders for regularization of services of Class IV employees like petitioner. Ultimately, petitioner was regularized vide order dated 1.11.2011 and superannuated on 31.8.2021. Now, on the ground that he has not completed qualifying services of 10 years, he was denied for pension. He next submitted that on the very similar dispute one Sundar has approached this Court by filing Writ-A No.16391 of 2019 and this Court vide order dated 27.8.2021 allowed the said petition and remitted the matter back to respondent authorities to pass fresh order for grant of pensionary benefits. He next submitted that respondent no.5 has made recommendation to respondent no.3 vide letter dated 6.7.2022 for grant of pensionary benefits to petitioner, but till date same has not been decided. He lastly submitted that suitable direction may be issued to respondent no.3 to take decision upon the recommendation of respondent no.5 at the earliest.
