Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he does not want to press the present petition and he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned orders for which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
