Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Krishna Viswakarma, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Rishabh Kapoor, learned counsel for respondents.

With the consent of learned counsel for parties, this petition is finally being disposed of.

The petitioner, who claims to have retired from the post of pump operator on 31.07.2020, is before this Court claiming payment of post-retiral dues and sanction of pension to him.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that some dispute pertains to the date of regularization in view of various orders having been issued by the respondents.

Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing at some length submits that the petitioner may be permitted to submit a comprehensive representation to the respondent no. 2 within two weeks from today and respondent no. 3 be decided to decide the same in accordance with law within specified time.

Shri Krishna Viswakarma, learned counsel appearing for respondents has no objection.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of this case, the petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to submit a comprehensive representation to the respondent no. 3 within a period of two weeks from today. In case a representation is made, the respondent no. 3 shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law and relevant rules within a period of two months from the date of receipt of representation along with the copy of this order. It is also provided that in case the respondents finds that any dues are payable to the petitioner the same may also be paid in case there is no legal impediment.
