Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as a Clerk and had retired, however, no retiral dues etc. have been paid.
Learned counsel for the respondents agrees that the matter may be remanded for payment of the dues as claimed by the petitioner in accordance with law before the concerned authority.
Considering the said submission, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file afresh representation before the respondent no.2, who shall pass order on the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months.
