Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner seems to have joined to a transferred place on account of relieving order dated 17.06.2023 pursuant to the transfer order dated 13.06.2023, however, he is aggrieved of the transfer order on account of it being against the transfer policy as he could have been transferred to the neighboring district if the provisions of the policy would have been strictly adhered to.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the above regard, petitioner has already made a representation before the competent authority on 19.10.2023 which has not been decided till date.
