Case called out. None is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition. However, Shri Rajeev Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel for the respondent is reported to be out of station.
The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:-
"(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned judgment and order dated 15.01.2001 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in O.A. No.380 of 1999 (R.K. Bajpai & Others Vs. Union of India & Others) as contained in Annexure -6 to the writ petition so far it directs that if during the pendency of this Original Application any recovery is made from the applicant/opposite party(s), the applicant/opposite party(s) is entitled to get back the said amount within the period of three months from the date of receipt of this order;
(ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite party not to give effect to the impugned judgment and order contained in Annexure -6 to the writ petition."
Since none is present on behalf of the petitioner to press this petition, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution .
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
