By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 24.12.2009 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Original Application No.399 of 2008: Abdulla vs. Union of India through its General Manager, North East Railway, Gorakhpur and others .
Learned counsel for respondents states that as per instructions received from his client, the present petition has become infructuous.
Learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact.
In view of the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as infructuous .
