Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 as well as Sri Rahul Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2 to 6.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the services of the petitioner from the post of Conductor were terminated vide order dated 30.8.2019. Against termination order dated 30.8.2019 petitioner preferred an appeal and the said appeal has been dismissed vide order dated 28.9.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has further submitted that petitioner has preferred a revision against the orders dated 28.9.2020 and 20.7.2023 under Regulation 69 (1) of 'The Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation Employees ( Other Than Officers) Service Regulation 1981' on 16.8.2023 but till date the said revision has not been decided.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has argued that it is obligatory on the part of the respondents to consider and decide the revision filed by the petitioner, at the earliest.

Sri Rahul Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents No. 2 to 6 has very fairly submitted that a direction can be issued by this court for the expeditious disposal of the revision filed by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 4 to consider and decide the petitioner's pending revision by passing a speaking and reasoned order within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
