Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sister of the petitioner has been granted compassionate appointment. However, the claim of the petitioner has not been considered.
Sri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the respondent no.3 has already been granted appointment on compassionate ground and she has also joined her duties and the objection of the petitioner has already been rejected.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 has supplied copy of the rejection order dated 4th November, 2022 to the learned counsel for the petitioner today in Court.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the appointment of respondent no.3, as may be advised.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
