Petitioner, who retired as Nurse, has challenged the order dated 15.10.2022, whereby, his claim for pension has been rejected.
Sri Sushil Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal constituted already under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, wherein such grievance can be raised by the petitioner.
In view of the above, I decline to entertain this petition at this stage. Liberty rests with the petitioner to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal, if so advised.
Subject to aforesaid liberty, this petition is consigned to records .
