Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Petitioner, who is a retired employee, came to marry one Janhaaara after the death of his first wife, namely, Munirulnisha in the year 2012 and, therefore, he wants that now his second wife should be named nominee in the pension papers and in the relevant passbook of the bank account in which he receives pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard petitioner has made representation/ application before the competent authority on 16th November, 2019, which has remained pending for final order. In connection with the validity of the marriage the Sub-Divisional Marriage has submitted report to the District Magistrate, Ghazipur on 10th September, 2021.

Learned Standing Counsel does not have objection to the representation/ application of the petitioner being considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent concerned to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation/ application dated 16th November, 2019 strictly in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
