Petitioner is a contractual employee working under the National Health Mission Scheme and accordingly cannot be transferred from a place for which he has been appointed under the contract of employment.
It is submitted that the matter is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 12725 of 2023 dated 21.08.2023.
Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the same.
In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ - A No. 12725 of 2023 and impugned transfer order consequently stands quashed and in the circumstances impugned order dated 02.05.2023 and 03.05.2023.
