Learned counsel appearing for the U.P. Public Service Commission submits that petitioner's candidature for the post of Medical Officer, Grade-2, Level-II, General Surgeon, Allopathy has been rejected as he does not possess requisite qualification. This information has been communicated to the petitioner on 29th May, 2023.
The instructions placed today are taken on record and a copy thereof is directed to be supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to petitioner to challenge the order of communication dated 29th May, 2023.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
