Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is aggrieved by transfer order dated 30.06.2023 and claims to have been relieved on 21.09.2023 whereas his transfer is in violation of the transfer policy dated 07.06.2023.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 30.06.2023 which is general in nature and interference with the said order may have adverse effect upon the other employee's who have been transferred under the said order. Transfer being exigency in service, this Court may not interfere into it.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the record, I find there to be no good ground to interfere with the order of transfer passed in administrative exigency.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 10.09.2023 but the same has not been paid heed to.

In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent authorities to look into and consider the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 10.09.2023 and decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
