- Heard learned counsel for the parties.

- By means of this petition, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 03.02.2023 whereby he has been attached to the Dog Squad NDRF Lucknow.

- The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been posted in Police Line district- Saharanpur and that is why he made a representation dated 03.02.2023 that he may not be posted with Dog Squad.

- Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter which are taken on record and as per instructions, petitioner was earlier directed to report at posting of Dog Squad at NDRF Lucknow but instead of doing that he reported to Saharanpur Police Line and resultantly the dog which was allotted to him got sick and now it is the same dog which has been attached to him and petitioner has been assigned the duty of Dog Squad to take care of that dog.
