Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief:

"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities concerned especially to the respondents nos. 2 & 3 to provide the pension to the petitioner at last pay salary Rs.60,400/alongwith consequential benefits alongwith interest to the petitioner in accordance with law within stipulated period.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 06.08.2023."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has moved representation dated 06.08.2023 which may be directed to be disposed of.

Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner.

In the circumstances, petition stands disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation 6.08.2203 and dispose of the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
