Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per age in the high school certificate, petitioner would attain the age of 50 years in the year 2024 as his recorded date of birth in the high school certificate is 01.01.1975.
In the circumstances, petition is disposed of with direction to the State Government to take decision in the matter of recommendation made by the District Commandant on 21st April, 2023, copy where has also been brought on annexure 7 to the writ petition. Let State Government decide the matter as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
