Mr. Saurabh Tiwari, learned Counsel has filed a personal affidavit of the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Mursan, District Hathras, where it is stated that the petitioner's arrears of salary for the months of April, 2021, May, 2021, December, 2022 and January, 2023, have been paid. The total sum paid is indicated in Paragraph No.3 of the said affidavit. Learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges that the cause of action no longer survives.
This petition is, accordingly, consigned to record.
