Heard Sri Shivendu Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel.
Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 30.06.2023 as he has stood transferred by way of general transfer order from district Prayagraj to district Pratapgarh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of medical condition of his father who is paralyzed and petitioner himself is suffering from serious disease "Chronic Pancreatitis" and has cardiac problem, his representation may be considered sympathetically in view of the transfer policy dated 07.06.2023. He has drawn the attention of the Court towards the representation made on 12.08.2023 and reminder thereof made on 29.08.2023.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the concerned competent respondent to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the concerned competent respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 12.08.2023 and reminder dated 29.08.2023 and decide the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Needless to add that the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
