Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.

With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, the instant writ petition is being finally decided at the admission stage.

Instant writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondents to pay the retiral dues of the petitioner. It is contended that despite the petitioner having retired on 31.12.2009 yet as certain recovery was found against the petitioner consequently, the retiral dues were not paid. It is also contended that the petition has filed a Writ-A No. 15074 of 2010 Inre; Chhabile Lal Vs. State of U.P and Ors and this Court vide order dated 15.07.2022 allowed the writ petition yet the retiral dues have still not been paid to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the release of the retiral dues to the petitioner.

Let such a consideration be done and the dues, if any, be released provided there is no legal impediment within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
