In compliance with the order dated 04.10.2023, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he has received arrears of his pension in the sum of Rs. 84, 204/-.
In this circumstances, this petition is disposed of ordering the respondents to ensure that the current pension to the petitioner be paid regularly.
