- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistakes, certain documents and necessary facts could not be brought on record of the writ petition and, therefore, petitioner wants to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition.
- In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
