The case of the writ petitioner as worded in the writ petition is that there is an institution by the name of Shahed Sansamaran Inter College Sherpur, Ghazipur which is recognized under the provisions of the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, 1921 and the rules framed thereunder. According to the writ petitioner as asserted in para 3 on 30.05.2017 out of the 9 sanctioned vacancies of Paricharak 6 vacancies were lying vacant so the third respondent corresponded with the second respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur for according permission for making recruitment on the said post. It is further asserted that despite the fact that constant persuasion was being made but approval was not granted which eventually created a situation whereby the third respondent proceeded to advertise the vacancy of class IV post on 30.10.2017 in the daily newspaper Aaj and petitioner armed with the education qualification of M.A. (Sociology) and Drawing Technical in 2017 applied in pursuance of the same and according to the writ petitioner in the selections he was found to be selected and accordingly on 21.11.2017 an appointment order was issued and he assumed the charge on 25.11.2017 and consequently the third respondent transmitted the entire paper on 27.11.2017 before the second respondent, District Inspector of Schools, Ghazipur but despite reminder nothing has been done in this regard.
