undertaking of the petitioner herein also they deposit the management contribution with the respondent for considering the claim for the grant of pension. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner next invites attention of the Court towards Annexure 7 at page 42 of the paper book being an order dated 15.12.2015 of the District Basic Education Officer, Basti whereby in compliance of the order of the Writ Court the writ petitioner was permitted to deposit the contribution of the management itself. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner has further invited the attention of the Court towards Annexure 8 at page 48 being the treasury challan showing the deposit of the management contribution. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner as averred in para 28 of the writ petition certain other incumbents who are also sailing on the same boat namely, Sri Thakur Prasad Verma, Krishna Nath Mishra and Bal Ram who had been appointed much subsequent to the writ petitioner are getting pension to the tune of Rs. 6,000/- more than the writ petitioner as they are getting 41,000/- whereas the writ petitioner is getting 35,000/- pension.
