Shri Yashwant Pratap Singh has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. He submits that an Appeal No. 1204/2022 Computerised Case No. D202205440001204 (Rambhajan v. Gaon Sabha and Others) under Section 67(5) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before the District Magistrate-Kushinagar since 05.08.2022.
Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no instructions. The same is directed to be decided within time-bound manner.
Accordingly, I direct that the above-mentioned appeal shall be decided within four months.
