Heard Sri Alok Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.

The present petition has been filed seeking to raise a grievance with regard to alleged illegal encroachments by certain private persons over land bearing Araji No. 322, area 0.3880 hectare, situate in Village and Post Patila, Gram Panchayat Patila, Tappa Burhi, Pargana Bansi Pashchim, Tehsil Etwa, District Siddharth Nagar.

Counsel for the State respondents submits that pursuant to the previous order, instructions have been received from the respondent No. 3, indicating therein that in respect of the aforestated complaints, proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated with the institution of cases bearing nos. T202117630303682, T202217630301500, T202217630301499, T202217630301503, T202217630301501, T202217630301497, T202217630301502 and T202217630301498.

It is submitted that the next date fixed in the aforesaid cases is 01.09.2023 and that efforts are being made to conclude the

proceedings at an early date, after giving due opportunity to the parties concerned.

Counsel for the petitioner though not disputing the aforestated stand taken by the State respondents, seeks expeditious disposal of the pending proceedings.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the respondent no.3 would make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid cases in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
