By means of the present writ petition in the form of Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner seeks direction in the nature of certiorari thereby quashing the impugned order dated 17.08.2015 passed by Board of Revenue, U.P. at Lucknow in Revision bearing No.1650 L.R. 2015 Sonbhadra and order dated 07.01.2015 passed by the Assistant Record Officer, Sonbhadra in case bearing No.270/9959, under Section 54 of L.R. Act.
Learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the revision filed before the Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow has already been decided.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
