The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Bail Application No. 2116 of 2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 308, 323, 326, 452, 504, 506 of I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Kannauj to any other competent Court of District Judgeship Kannauj.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present transfer application has became infructuous due to transfer of the bail application to other court by passing an administrative order by the Sessions Judge.
In view of the above, the present transfer application is dismissed as infructuous.
