Sri Pankaj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Akash Tomar, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 and Sri Pankaj Kumar Rai, brief holder for the State are present.

The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Session Trial No. 1297 of 2021 (State Vs. Sandeep Pilwan) arising out of Case Crime No. 653 of 2021, under Section 25/27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 5, Gautam Buddh Nagar to District Judgeship of Meerut.

Learned counsel for both the parties fairly admits that other case of Session Trial No. 230 of 2022 (State Vs. Sandeep Pilwan and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 630 of 2021, under Sections 302 and 120-B of I.P.C. was transferred from Gautam Buddh Nagar to Session Court Meerut by Coordinate Bench of this Court on 14.10.2022 in Transfer Application (Criminal) No. 123 of 2022. The present case is related to the above-noted case.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that he has no objection, if the matter is transferred.

In view of the above, the present transfer application is allowed , and the Session Trial No. 1297 of 2021 (State Vs. Sandeep Pilwan) arising out of Case Crime No. 653 of 2021, under Section 25/27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 5, Gautam Buddh Nagar is transferred to the competent court of District Judgeship of Meerut.

Let a certified copy of this order be immediately sent to the Sessions Judge, Gautam Buddh Nagar and Sessions Judge, Meerut for necessary compliance and action.
