Present Transfer Application has been filed to transfer the case No. 368 of 2021, under Section 498-A, 323, 504, 506, IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Iglas, Aligarh to any other competent court of District Judgeship Agra.
On 6.9.2023, none was also present on behalf of the applicant, however, on the next date i.e. 26.9.2023, date has been fixed on the request of applicant.
