The present transfer application has been filed to transfer the Case No. 185 of 2017 (Old No.8323 of 2015) (Gajendra Singh vs. Ramashankar and others), under Section 406 IPC, P.S. Kheda, District Ghaziabad pendingbefore Judicial Magistrate, Ghaziabad to any competent court of Mathura Judgeship.
Learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this transfer application.
Accordingly, the present transfer application is dismissed as not pressed.
