A detail report has been submitted by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur dated 09.08.2016 and 22.08.2022, which is on record.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, present appeal stand abated for appellant no. 1 Sakte, appellant no. 2 Sundar, appellant no. 3 Omkar and appellant no. 4 Pahelad.
