The appeal is of the year 1998 and has been listed today under Chapter XII Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952.
The record indicates that steps have not been taken since 22.12.2011 and there are repeated reports of the office to the aforesaid effect.
Since the learned Members of the Bar are abstaining from the judicial work, accordingly, in the ends of justice, ten days' time is granted to the appellant to take steps in terms of the earlier order, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further recourse to the Court.
