This Court by means of the order dated 9.08.2023, after hearing the parties, found that it was a fit case for being referred for arbitration and had proposed the name of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sri Shrikant Tripathi (Retd.) Judge of this Court to act as an arbitrator and had sought his consent.

The office report dated 21.08.2023 indicates that the consent has been received.

Accordingly, in light of the order dated 09.08.2023, the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sri Shrikant Tripathi (Retd.) Judge of this Court, R/o 2/146 D, Vishesh Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, 226010, Mobile No. 9415140288 ,, as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law.

The Senior Registrar of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sri Shrikant Tripathi (Retd.), Judge of this Court, who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.
