Heard Mr. Mohd. Achhay, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This habeas corpus petition has been filed on behalf of corpus Smt. Vidhi Patel through her husband Shravan Singh.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the corpus has come back to the house of her husband and as such the petitioner does not want to press the present petition and it may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition is dismissed as not pressed.
