Heard Sri Anil Kumar Savita, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Pawan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.
This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for quashing the ex-parte order dated 6.2.2019 and order dated 14.6.2022 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Allahabad under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to wrong advice the present petition has been filed and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file criminal revision challenging the impugned orders.
In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available to him.
