Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.
It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioners that he may be permitted to withdraw this habeas corpus petition as there are not one but a number of mistakes while drafting this petition. The names of the corpus and complainant have been wrongly mentioned. There are so many defects that it is difficult to correct them by moving any amendment application, therefore, he does not want to press this habeas corpus writ petition.
In view of the above submission, the petitioners are hereby by permitted to withdraw this petition.
Accordingly, the present habeas corpus writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file afresh.
